The products

Relivio sells non-invasive personal wellness devices intended for temporary relief of minor muscle aches. They are not medical devices, they do not diagnose or treat any condition, and they are not a substitute for professional care. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or are under treatment for any condition, talk to your doctor before use.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by one, with a full refund. Promotions apply only while shown on the page and cannot be combined unless stated.

Shipping

Orders ship from our US warehouse, typically within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control.

90-Day Relief-or-Refund Guarantee

Try the product for 90 days from delivery. If it does not give you the relief we promised, contact us within that window and we will refund the purchase price. The product must be returned; we cover the return shipping on a first return per household.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of the same outcome. Results vary with how consistently the device is used and with the underlying cause of the discomfort.

The text, layout and images on this site belong to Relivio or are licensed to us. Do not copy them for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the seller is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
